By the way. Tim is the aggressive one - he shouted at me on the phone and also put the phone down on me. He is extremely unprofessional imo.

So he finally agreed toallow our drivers to collect the mattress, and then issue a refund after the mattress was inspected, and that he would pay the £30 return cost.
LOL! So you are suggesting that rather than allow you to collect the mattress I wanted to return it at my own expense which could cost several hundred pounds? I simply wanted you to collect the mattress and give me my money back and it was a lot of hassle. I admit I got worried when I read a post on google about another customer having problems returning goods to you which is why at one point I was prepared to return the mattress peronally to ensure it reached you in one piece.0 -
