I still haven't started despite having the dvd for almost a week.
I think i'm too scared to start after reading all the comments on here about the pain and suffering you've all been through:)
I've watched the whole thing and know that it's going to be hard work - just not sure i'm ready to suffer yet.
    maybe tomorrow!;)

Well, thanks to the OP, due to you lot chatting about the shred I ordered it and did day 1 today!! Gripes it was hard! And do the do sports bras for bellies? Anyway really chuffed I've done day 1! I travel with work alot so planning on taking it with me and putting the DVD into my laptop than getting bored eating rubbish infront of the telly!

Well I've moved onto level 2 - its really hard, but I managed it all (with a few breaks and cheats lol!) and plan to carry it on all week. Level 2 will be great for everyone in strapless dresses (like me!) as there is loads of back and shoulder work :)

Hey all - have been doing Level 2 for a few weeks now (am taking the scenic route - impossible to do it every day!!) - at first it was awful and I dreaded it - but now its OK. Still REALLY HARD and by the end of it I'm totally shattered - but it is doable. Stick with it all - I'm even managing press ups:j and my upper arm strength was woeful at the beginning.
Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side

Is anybody still doing 'the shred'. I haven't done it for about 2wks now, had to stop because of a niggling knee. Now with less than 4 wks to go until the big day i really ought to try again.
Just wondering if anybody else has perservered with it.
I need a swift kick up the bum to get going again.

I need to get back to doing this again. Tried on my dress in March and it fitted, so I took my foot off the gas, ate loads of chocolate and now I'm worried my dress will be too small again.

This worked really well so I'll need to dust off the dvd.

I need to get back into doing this- I hurt my ankle so had to stop for a couple of weeks. I just got back into it and hurt my knee!
I did it 3 times last week, which was ok but not enough! Must try harder :rotfl:

I've just dusted off a copy I bought a while back, and have just done for the first time. It wasn't bad at all. I got put off by scary accounts of how hard it was. :o

I'm sure the other levels are harder though, but am comfortable with level 1, so am aiming to do a workout at least once a day in the mornings, by setting my alarm clock a little earlier. If possible will do one at night.

I need to get into shape, as although not large have wobbly bits (tum, and bum). :D I'm determined to get my figure as toned, and trim as possible within the next few weeks.

It will also stop me scoffing so much food, as will not want to undo all that hard work! :rotfl:
New forum. New sig. Yes I still need to lose 2 stone!

I love Gillian, I have been doing the shred for abour 50 days, 10 days for each level and then after I had completed 30 days I just switched between level 2 and 3. (I do think level 3 was easier then 2). Iv now started ripped in 30 which is definately a step up, however saying that, everything becomes easier the more you do it. I was loosing weight but havnt been that great recently. It has definately improved my body shape though and I know I have a 6 pack under my baby belly. My oh is always telling me how good my arms look now and I am always looking at my new muscles in the mirrow:p

Anyway im back on it tomorrow as had a week off from exercising as we went to france to look at wedding venues. Good Luck to everyone who is doing Gillian. It really is great and whats more its just 20 minutes a day:j
