  • Have just done 50mins on the Wii fit plus. It has unlocked more advanced things for me to do. Order Ea More Workouts tonight. Seems a good price at Amazon £6.50

Well done. Don't forget you'll need to order the accessory pack if you haven't already got it.

Hi all, just found the forum,
I have never been to a gym in my life, but I did manage to lose 4 stone about 2 years ago by healthy eating, and a mix of walking 5 miles a day, and doing fitness dvd's and laterly the Wii fit, Wii sports and I also got, but rarely used Wii My fitness coach - get in shape . I went a bit crazy buying all the stuff in the hope that it would help me stick to it.
I then got pregnant and have since had a baby boy who is now 7 months, and disappointingly managed to gain back my 4 stones during the pregnancy. I have been overweight for best part of my life, and not surprisingly was much happier 4 stone less. So I have recently re-started my efforts and managed to lose 6lb the first week, a dissapointing 1lb the second week and probably not much more this week. However I have got re-motivated today after getting online and reading your comments, I have ordered the Biggest Loser Wii Challenge , so wish me luck, as I do to those of you on this roller coaster ride of getting thin and healthy!!

    Ordered that aswell. Play.com

Says I've lost 2lb so I'm happy with that. In terms of weight I've not got much to lose but I am so flabby. My stomach needs major work as I've had 4 full cuts on it (operations). Dont even get me started on my thighs, its like I got to 40 and someone blew them up with a bicycle pump:)

    Hi All,
Well done on your losses and for keeping at it. :j
I've had a bad week as not been well since Monday night so the last time I exercised was Monday morning. Was all set to try a bit of light exercise today but felt a tad light headed so just got weighed on the Wii Fit and turned it off.
I've lost 2lbs so looks like it will to be slow going but at least it's off. :)

    Keep Wii-ing! :D

PS any reviews yet for the New Biggest Loser Game please?
 Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.

Well done everyone for keeping it up!

I went to Bingo Wednesday night and got home too late for the Wii but did an hour last night on EA - lots of boxing and dancing workouts :j

Planning to do a lot over the weekend to catch up and am trying to graze more during the day rather than eating big meals. I need to start wearing trainers as my feet are aching terrible from the impact on laminate floor :(

Need to update my sig for Wednesday loss but here is to a great weight losing weekend!

Very happily married on 10th April 2013 :D

    Morning peeps

its been a while since I posted in here, truth be told I forgot all about it,

everyone is doing well and being so much better getting in some exercise than I am, I get as far as thinking about it *hangs head*

On a good note I have managed to lose 6lbs, dunno how that happened but I won't complain

I'm a bit bored with wii fit again, so I've gone back to dancing games, today I'm going to try wii sports I think

I noticed reading through and catching up some of you mentioned about buying a sports bra, if you haven't already done so may I recommend just wearing 2 of your normal bras for now, it does stop the bounce *blush*

anyways .. time to get to it, I won't lose weight sitting on my lardy !!!! typing here :o

keep at it everyone your all doing fab :j
A heap big thank you to everyone who posts the comps, your all stars!

Proud to of never used or felt the need to use a chain of any sorts on a puppy

I've just found this thread and thought I'd like to join in as I am using my Wii to lose weight to. I've been using the 'My Fitness Coach Dance Workout' on it, which I do each morning. It was around 30 mins a day, but this weeks the 'trainer' has upped my workouts to around 40 mins. Lost just 1lb last week, but we had been away and so I'd missed some workouts. Hoping for an average of 2lb a week. :)
