30mins done
My Wii was worried about me too as I'd lost 3lb in 1 week instead of 2. :j:j:j
tries to forget that it's a computer chip, so doesn't understand this is natural pounds going as the food habits return to normal after the excess of Cmas
I set up a routine in My Wii Fit plus and boy, yoga is horrid. All stretchy...haven't bent that way since I was 10
Am thinking that the next game purchase will be a dancy one. Just Dance or Just Dance 2 better? Or are there any other dancey games which I don't know of? Any advice welcome.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Trainer: "Extend your leg up behind your back and grab your ankle as if you are a prima ballerina with the National Ballet. Now hold the pose whilst breathing steadily."
Me: Whoa...oooh...whaAAAaaaa! *TIMBER!...crash*

I'm just working up the motivation to get the wii out, no more gym for me now, just the wii. I'm trying to ignore my cravings for fatty foods though-why do creamy sauces on food always seem more appealing than the tomatoey ones?!
JTR-good luck for the weigh in tomorrow!0 -

I can't be doing with the yoga, I just end up falling over or tying myself in knots.
I'm proud that I managed to do 2 minutes step on the easiest level today. I not only managed to keep up but didn't fall over either, that's a real success for me:rotfl:0 -
I can just see what will happen once I get on to the more advanced poses:

Me: Whoa...oooh...whaAAAaaaa! *TIMBER!...crash*
Trainer: "You appear to be wobbling a bit. Try to keep your centre of gravity within the yellow circle"
I'm like that on the easiest setting, makes a hell of a noise on a laminate floor:rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Does the cycling route change on Wii fit plus? I am still on the 1st one where you collect 13 flags. Trouble is, I know where there are now and want something more challengingLoved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0

I did 30 mins free step last night (2996 steps  I wanted to do 3000!) and took the dog for a walk, tonight I have friends coming over and (they don't know this yet) we are going to be playing just dance all evening!!0
