  • A couple of you mentioned that you needed to get a sports bra. Well me too:). Having never bought one before, do I just buy the same size as my bra or go slightly smaller?

I watched the US Biggest Loser on Living last night, is it just me or is the UK version so dull in comparison?!!
I love the gutsyness of the Americans, and tbh thought the UK bunch were a bit dull. Anyway still looking forward to next week.

I definately prefer the US version, but maybe because I got into the Us version before the UK one, I missed it this week and was gutted but whenever I watch the US version I get the wii out anf do step while I'm watching, the UK version didn't make me feel this way.

I bought a black wii bundle from tesco yesterday with wii fit plus and board and motion plus sensor and nunchuck for £199. I want to get another remote for it, does it have to be a motion plus one like the one that came with it or can it be a normal remote and what is the difference anyway as the motion plus is very expensive. Its all new to me lol

I think the gym would win with me all the time, only because i did weight training too and probably like most of the population of the country fitness equipment in the home gathers dust. Just like wii would:rotfl:

I lost a total of 12 stone in 18 months just through diet and exercise and i was burning a total of 800+ calories a session.
  • 42 mins on Sports Active this morning 227 calories burnt:j, I'm actually starting to enjoy it now I've stopped hurting;)

Can anyone confirm that you can just get the Sports Active More Workouts and the pack with the resistance band and leg strap, but you don't need the original ea sports active as well?

I have nearly enough amazon vouchers to get more workouts & the accessory pack, just want to be sure before I buy.

Sorry can't give you a definitive answer as I have both. I've looked at the information that came with More Workouts and there is no mention of the requirement to have Sports Active 1.

I have looked at the EA site and it states
For those who haven't purchased EA SPORTS Active Personal Trainer that includes the legstrap and resistance bands. Accessory Packs are necessary for using the product and are sold separately at an MRSP of $19.99.

I would take this to mean that you don't need EA Sports Active to use More Workouts. HTH.

    Hello All

Week 1 completed lost 3lbs:j using the wii fitness coach for 45min sessions 3 times a week tae bo 30 mins and walking. Been keeping a food diary on my fitness pal. real eye opener:eek:, I have to face up to the fact that portion control is the issue:o. I am really charged for next week. Where I will be doing more. Loving the sound of the biggest loser, will be following to decide which is the best format to buy WII or DVD.
