Does the cycling route change on Wii fit plus? I am still on the 1st one where you collect 13 flags. Trouble is, I know where there are now and want something more challenging

Yeah it changes. Beginner 13, Intermediate 22, Island course 27, Expert 20 if I remember correctly. They are all in different places and you get to go to different parts of the island.

Only way to unlock them is by doing each one in the shortest possible route.

    Morning all,

On the cycling you can unlock advanced and super advanced, I think it's probably about the time you do the first one in although don't quote me on that!

Just weighed in.... a whole 1lb again  this is really starting to suck in all honesty! I haven't been as good as I could/should have been this week but I've not eaten crisps/chocolate/chips etc, I've eaten fruit and veg and compared to my pre-diet consumption I have made a lot of changes.

I did get OH to measure me on Monday so I will see if that has changed by next Monday but I am starting to lose a little hope, especially as I have made so many changes. I admire everyone else for losing so much and doing well but I kinda wish it could be me this week :(

Hope everyone else has a good week!

Are you using just the balance board for weight? I weigh myself on some proper scales and I'm 2lb lighter!

Got my head around EA Active sport today and did Day 1 of 30 day challenge - loved it (Thanks for advice about unticking squats from menu as I cant do squats.... yet?!)

Biggest loser wii just popped through door - is anyone using this?

Also do u all wear trainers on wii when doing active sport or just do in bare feet?

    Thanks, lix

    Hi lix

I'm on about day 8 or 9 of the 30 day challenge, got 3 rest days now:( but think I'll have today off then do some tomorrow.

I always wear trainers, I think they improve balance, support the foot and prevent slipping.

I've put on 1lb since Monday but I've started eating a lot more fruit and just realised (through myfitnesspal.com) how much sugar is in some of the fruits and foods I've been eating, so I'm going to try and cut down on the sugar, or it could be the exercise I don't know but I'm sticking with it. I'm sure you'll lose that 1lb and ore by your next weigh in

Just half an hour on the Wii for me tonight, had a meh day at work and had to go food shopping. Took it all out on the punchbag in the boxing - the six minute workout, JUST missed the 700 point mark!

Also managed to unlock a more advanced cycling course, will have to try that soon.

  • My EA More Workouts came today when I was at work, but it didn't fit through my letterbox :( Have just rearranged delivery for Saturday, can't wait to get started with it.

I don't wear trainers when doing Wii Fit, but I do when doing Active Sports - well, except the time I forgot to put them on after doing Wii Fit first. I'm trying not to make that mistake again, as I think the reduced grip might have contributed to the thigh strain I got last week... All better now though!

Bummer, jingo! It is quite a big pack if it comes with the accessories, though...

    I've been Money Tipped!
45 mins Wii Fit this morning.

2nd session on the yoga and far less wobbling...well my legs anyway. My body's wobbly bits are still very wobbly!

And impressively my weight went up a pound since yesterday, then the body test I did after the 45 mins of exercise saw it go down 1lb...
