Poohbear, would like to keep the tree up a bit longer, but there is just a small passable area between the chair and the tree to get to where DD's new dolls house is now living !! I would like to at least move it so when we go shopping on Monday for doll's house furniture, it is easier for DD to get to the house......if any of that makes sense!!!

just going to watch a bit of tv before going to bed so goodnight all and see you all some time tomorrow.....xx

Froddy try eBay for chargers, think I paid £2 delivered for my last one. Sockdrawers post is much more comprehensive than mine but I try to limit it incase I need to use all 7 seats and I carry rather large towing straps for pulling people out of ditches too :) some of those other things I carry but not all unless I'm doing a long journey to Scotland or somewhere.

Not done much this evening but I did manage to get the bath refusing 'pre teen scrubbed which is a challenge lately, he likes it once he's in there. Kids eh! Anyway naughty takeaway eaten, DW and WM can wait until tomorrow as I'm off to bed x
One day I might be more organised...........

    Morning All

DD's birthday today - we were supposed to be going to the pictures and then Taybarns for lunch with one of her friends but His mum called last night to say he was ill so we're now taking 2 different friends just to Taybarns and then they'll come back here afterwards to play.

The kids have had Wii Sports Resort so we're just having a quick play on that at the moment.

Probably won't get a lot done today but we'll see.

Piggers - hope you're feeling better soon.

Toots - how're you doing? Are you feeling any better?

    Have a good day all

    Hugs

    Jue

    Morning all!

DS had his turn at not sleeping last night. Grrrr... I think it started because I took the cot sides off to turn his bed into a mini-bed and I don't think he liked it! Currently he shares with me and when we move he will be in a new house, new room, sharing with his sister and a new bed; I feel its too much to expect him to deal with in one go so it's the new bed first. Then he got himself too worked up over it! 2am DD awakes screaming she has a "sore leg"; odd that its never sore during the day? Mmmm. Mummy was not in the best of moods at this point. Still, come 3am and they were all finally asleep.

@ Lil-me - my 16yo is the same. She refuses to bath and its been like this for years. Its disgusting but her way of trying to exert some control. Its pathetic really and she will grow up one day. I keep telling her how I am looking forward to when she moves out and get a home of her own because I won't wipe my feet, I'll spill the coffee, not flush the loo, eat sweets and leave finger prints/wrapper everywhere and then leave again!

    Anyway, today

If it's any consolation, my friend and her daughter both had similar problems as children and sometimes even used painkillers. Apparently it was caused by growing pains and really only became a problem at night time.

I think I need to stop moaning at my DS1 (16). He spends forever in the bath/shower and goes through clean bath towels at an alarming rate. If he kept his room as clean as himself, now that would be something...

DS2 spent most of the night in our bed - he woke up around 1am and couldn't get back to sleep, despite water and then milk. He finally ended up with us, which made for a poor night's sleep for me. Anyway, I'm up and ready to put the piece of cow into the slow cooker. DH and DS2 will have a job later and it looks like the decorations will be coming down today, too. I also need to get on with laundry at various stages, hoping that DH will iron tomorrow as he's still off. Plenty to be getting on with, after another cuppa.

Have a good Sunday, everyone. x
