hugs sweetcarer :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: I should be happy being on my xmas hols but I have spent most of them too stressed/fed up to function properly and dreading the return to work next week. :(

I had this issue with my breathing back along - when I get
stressed/wound up/upset, I can't breath properly and its been pretty much back with a vengeance these last couple of weeks :(

Today for example, I haven't been able to breath properly since my fight with the self service checkout  in $ainsburys this lunchtime. I think the young staff member who was looking after the self service check outs knew i was about to have a complete tantrum because she packed my shopping for me :D and this was after I had to have at least seven visits from the two staff members looking after them because I had "unexpected item in bagging error" / needed authorisation for my purchase of crackers etc etc
    grrrrrrrrrrrrr

anyway. to cheer myself up and since i am staying in this new years eve (i expect I shall be tucked up in bed zzzzzzzz before Big Ben strikes), I have treated myself to this http://www.sewandso.co.uk/cgi-bin/find/db.cgi?db=zoom&uid=&Prod_Code=39595&ww=on&do=search_results

I don't fancy one of those cut thru designs but this really made me smile :D

Have a fab new year's evening all

Have you ordered it yet? If not, I can ;)
  • Trying to decide what to do tonight. As I am pregnant we are not going out, but hubby is having a drink in the house. Well, he will be in the bedroom having a drink and playing PS3, while I am in living room...Perfect Marriage..lol

So do I start the decluttering and get the tree down, or sit on my bum all night and stitch...Decisions, decisions....
    ;)I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY;)

I see no decision to be made. Get yourself a cup of tea & start stitching! :)

Oh don't you just hate it when that happens... x
  • Wow, it's so busy on here tonight. Doesn't seem like too many of us are getting ready for a big New Year's Eve, we're all on here instead :)

I've joined the Flickr group now, so I'll have to figure out how to use it. Technically minded I am not, so if I post something odd don't be surprised!

caroline78 - hope you're already sewing, definitely sounds like the right option!

I've actually spent the day getting on with my backstitching on Noah's Ark, and for some strange reason it hasn't been driving me as crazy as usual. I've done just over half of the backstitch now so the worst part is over :j
  • caroline - defo no contest....stitchy stitchy stitch..... whens bubba due i'm 23 weekscon sunday so can't be too much difference in dates.

well DS is still up..... hmm that was a good start wasn't it? he's in a cheeky lovely hyperactive mood which makes it soooo hard to force him to go to bed!! DH has gone out. And I had a row with the staff in KFC who expected me to wait 20 minutes for a boneless box...... came home and cooked it myself in half the time (and about £10 cheaper).

sweetcarer - come on and rant we don't mind.... hope things get better,

off to tackle bedtime........ see you in a bit.
loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:
