Whilst talking to my vendor neighbour, I walked him out. Sat back down and the door went again, only to discover that the Brother Clampett has only dumped all the goods he brought with him on the grass verge and bu g gered off. I couldnt see from the house because of the connifers and now I have the contents of a 1970 hell hole on the grass.
Oh, except for the mobility scooter which is parked on my Geraniums.

I have contacted the solicitor who, put it this way told me to leave all items as they are.

Would it be wrong to pray for rain? :)

How are things with your vendor neighbour?
  • they are sadly probably a !!!!! type family, with no registerd address except yours to the police!#
you must also tell cardif police that they are not registered to your address, do this by post within the next day or so. if you hae any of mrs c senirs things place them within the garage now, tidy room and replace as yours.
never acknowledge her staying for any period of time, unless you have legal representation advising you to do so.

  • Thanks. I have *ahem* reported the rubbish to the streetcare team. My neighbour is fine, but wants reassurance.

The solicitors close in one hour - what is going on!

Oh no!! I'd do as your solicitor says and leave them there.

I would also be inclined to remove anything in your house belonging to them and put them in the garage/out on the lawn with the rest of the stuff.

They're taking you for a right ride Mr J :(
  • worst case senario the police will interview you regarding the events, then you will have to explan it all but because the injury was not witnesed by independant and involved "your" dog...... i could turn legal. if she presses charges re the dog... no more verbal comms with them only written now.
