Online Next Sale is Rubbish!!!

To mention guys people who got a slot on wednesday most of em ordered stuff in so many quantities and in so many sizes that they didnt leave anyhting for the rest of us and not only dat but some people even shoped for their friends who didnt get vip passes which isnt fair for the rest of us. Its only then they go and return half of the stuff and spoil it for others and they moan if they dont get invited the following year. I rekon next should not allow sale stuff to be returned that would sort them out. I mean just go into next and try on the sizes then u would no what you fit into and ur kids and only order what u need (SO THERES STOCK LEFT FOR OTHERS) rather than doubling up and then returning If next have given u vip pass then use it sensibly!!!!!!!! and let otheres have a chance too.

I've got 2 x 20.00 gift voucher cards from my birthday in 2009 still in my purse, can't find anything to buy any season sale or otherwise, its the most overrated store selling unremarkable [EMAIL="!!!!"]!!!![/EMAIL] at all times, i just dont get the hype

gift cards expire after 2yrs

if you arent planning on using them, i would either gift them on, or sell on ebay, at least that way, they wont go to waste

I placed on order with Next today and proceeded to place my order being an account customer only to find out that they have tried to charge me the full price on all items. Beware, there is a big problem with their website, they are charging customers full price.. When I spoke to their customer services department within 1 hour of playing the order I was told I could not cancel the order and to ring Next once I have received the order and signed for it.. Beware...

Re the taking your kids in to try stuff on before you order to make sure you get the right size. My son hates trying stuff on in the first place, the stores dont stock 5-6 year old stuff near us and the sizing for kids is very inconsistent. You could buy 2 tops in the same size and they normally dont measure up the same. Im not defending those how bulk buy to sell on im just saying its not always clear cut what size your kids are. I didnt get a vip slot this time round and will probably go in store in the hope they have some 5-6 year old stuff in the sale even though its not stocked in store normally.

You might already all know this, but don't they just fetch all the carp from the clearance stores into the normal stores and pass it off as the sale stuff in Next? Think it was someone who used to work there that told me that. Makes sense because if you take something back after Christmas that's been purchased before and want to exchange it, you can't as they don't have any of the pre-Xmas stock in store!

I've not had a VIP slot for the last 2 sales now. Must be out of favour. I have to say, I've not thought much of the Next sales this year (can;t speak for this one until I 'get access')
