Absolutely agree, its shocking I think its quite unfair how some next customers get a vip and others dont when they have the qualifying status, not any vip's fault Next's fault. I was in our store today and there was loads ready to go on but the sale starts at 7am on boxing day, come on, who wants to go on boxing day, but with my two boys to rig out now i really want to but also want to enjoy xmas with a festive drinky and then i worry about driving in morn!!! descisions!!! I did just spend £100 online but really wanted some matching stuff for my boys.
:money: giving me & my darling boys a better cheaper life :o:A

Absolute rubbish - wont be bothering to go in store - looking on the bright side it has saved me spending any money!

agree cant find anything for my 6yr old
  • Next - in particular at sale time - has been living off its past reputation for years now. Poor design, increasingly poor manufacturing quality; they'll be lucky to see out the downturn.

Not to mention the prices. At 'sale' time the prices are about right - the rest of the year they are so expensive for what you get.

I hope this is because they are producing clothes ethically & not increasing their margins compared to other shops.
  • Got 3 pairs of work trousers and 2 tops for £55. Pretty good I think. However everything said in stock then suddenly went to 2-4 weeks delivery for 3 items on the confirmation page.

NEXT. Don't bother. Rather give my money to a company who are ethical and sell products that are worth their rrp and sale price. Sale prices are still over priced. For the amount you pay i'd expect better customer service too.

    I'm off to M&S.

I've just been on the site and I agree - nothing for boys younger than 13 that I could see.
Next have really gone downhill in the last few years sadly so I wont be bothering buying anything from there full price either.

I hope you get your items, but previous years' experience suggests the stuff may never turn up.

I got a VIP slot (first one this year) and did buy a lot, but things that don't fit properly or don't suit me or the boys will go back. Probably about half of it going by past experiences. I think that things will be restocked over the next few weeks as that is what usually happens. I have to say though that despite my slot being the first a lot of the preview things I had on my wish list were gone by then - in stock at 5.30 but long gone by 6pm. Someone definately got the pick of the sale even before us privileged ones. I did take a look at 3 this afternoon to see if anything I ordered was still there and I was shocked at what was left. Flip all really. I can see why people are upset about it.
