Just what I was about to post, sale came on about 2.50 and there was nothing added that wasn't on the Preview, I think it's disgusting that they call it a Sale when all the good stuff has gone to the people who got VIP slots, they should have kept some stuff back to give other people a chance. I'm after 2-3 up to 7-8 and most of the stuff was for babies or teenagers. Bit gutted really.

Will go to the store on Monday at 5am.

If I thought the practice was disgusting and I agree, I wouldnt be spening another penny in the shop, sale or not. And I certainly wouldnt be getting to a shop at 5am.

A lot of Next is cheap crap anyway.
Half price toiletres etc in the sale are okay for next years Christmas pressies but other than that I never go in.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

It's a shame as I looked at the preview and there was loads of stuff. I only wanted a jacket and pair of boots for my teenage daughter, as couldn't afford them at full price...but they've gone now. And I can't get to a store.
Unfortunately some people just grab everything and leave not much for others. Some spend hundreds/thousands of pounds in the sales, whereas some need the sales just to be able to get the basics. Maybe when all the returns come in, there will be a bit more choice.

This is the worst year I have ever seen it, really poor showing. Maybe they reduced the amount of items they carried this year or something. I know trying to buy things online from Next for last few weeks has been a challenge as they have been sold out of lots of sizes etc. Found a bag I liked, but decided not to bother since it was just the one item. I'm sure I will find somewhere else to spend my sale money!

anyway rant over and merry christmas.

funnily enough they sent my 'dispatched' email straight after...useless! i agree the next sales get worse every year...

i want to at least try and get my p+p money back if i can, as i may aswell have just got it for full price from instore..
  • I ran the search for girls clothes 2-3 years and got 12 results. TWELVE!! Ridiculous!

I would like to get to a store on Monday, but i'm ill with a pretty bad cold as are most people i know at the moment. I hoped i could get what i needed from the comfort of my sofa. Hopefully i will be recovered enough in a few days to venture out.

How do you qualify for a VIP slot???

Well I just had a look and there wasn't anything in my size either :( Can't even go to a store as they don't stock the tall range instore :( When I saw the preview there was 100's of items, but unfortunately we didn't get a vip invite this time.

You have to receive the directory and have at least £300 available credit, although that doesn't mean you definitely qualify.

I won't go to sale as in Scotland it is Boxing Day and I refuse to go to the sales on Boxing Day (just don't think it is right shops are open, surely two days off isn't too much to ask for shop staff etc).
  • I Just got a few useful maternity clothes :j
Nothing for anyone else in the household though.
