Sony PSP 1.5 Firmware Value Packs on Amazon

I had a similar problem with Nickeldawn.com, ordered a PSP v1.5. They kept saying it will arrive after 3 weeks, never did. Then they said it was on the way, never turned up. They refused to give my money back saying they could keep it up to a further 30 days quoting distance selling regs. After a few more emails they ran out of time and did refund me, took a total of nearly 2 months from puchase to refund. Now I find they are not trading anymore. I can only think they wait until enough orders come through to get them shipped from abroad and have no control on delivery times or they just keep hold of your money for as long as possible to make interest on it.

I'LL ANSWER AS MANY QUESTIONS AS I CAN.
1 - I ORDERED ON THE 2ND OF OCTOBER

2 - YES I GOT A NOCHEX NOTIFICATION OF REFUND THE DAY THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER, IT SAID IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 4 DAYS TO GO THROUGH. THIS IS A LOT SHORTER THEN MY MATES BROTHER IN LAW WHO ASKED FOR A REFUND FROM ZU LONG BEFORE MY PATIENCE RAN OUT, THEY TOLD HIM UPTO 28 DAYS FOR A REFUND. OBVIOUSLY CRAP AS I GOT MINE VIRTUALLY IMMEDIATELY.

just got home to an email from zu. this is in response to my complaining about them cancelling my order, explaining why i think their customer service is poor and asking them to consider reinstating my order...

We all appear to be panicing again lets wait and see if the promised delivery dates appear next week before we form the linching party.They obviously are paying refunds to unhappy customers,which to me represents an intention to honour the original purchases.

Can't work out why cheapaschips is so cynical,yet seems upset zu won't renew his order.We all know the 1.5 is a superb buy so personally i hope we all receive our orders next week and our patience is rewarded.

To be honest i would have been afraid, very afraid if cheap did'nt get his money back. Lets hope they come through because i would rather have the psp than my money back at this moment in time.
