Clare - I'm trying to be positive..........not easy though. Depression type feelings set in and then I can't shake them off.
Still, as OH says, it's early days yet :)
Maybe once I get my card making bits out and actually do something I'll be in a better state of mind.
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

hey guys, not sure if you remember me from the start of last year, kinda drifted away i'm afraid to say. Have since split from my oh at the time and found a new one lol who comes with a whole host of problems but is so worth it (am a very smitten kitten hehe) have also had a promotion at work and seen my mother get married and my grandfather recover from cancer. However in the midst of all this i neglected my thrifty gifty ways, slap my wrists! Bring on 2011

With all that going on, something has to give, but now you starting again that's a good thing. I'm a newbie at all this, but welcome back anyways

I received some items in the post today that I'd forgotten I'd sent for.:T So now I have 2 x 50ml Soap and Glory Men's shaving things so they can go to one of the lads next Christmas, whether one of mine or a brother (in-law) remains to be seen. And I received 4 pashminas which, with postage, came to just under £6 each - they werre from the website that has surplus newspaper offer stuff. (found it on the grabbit board). So definitely don't need to buy girlie christmas presents for my family now.

Also got my very lovely supersmooth paper for making cards:j
  • Hello all im back, didnt make it on before xmas for a while, we have had so many dramas going on i havnt had chance. Is it ok if i start fresh now and join you all?

Hope everyone who is poorly feels better soon xxx

Made a good start on christmas 2011 i have my 3 nephews presents for bithdays and christmas, mothers day and fathers day sorted and i have about 20 presents between my 3 children who are age 7,9 and 11. Also managed to pick up all of my cards and wrapping paper which i got from Mr A for 21p a roll
  • Just a quickie to say Vistaprint postage seems to be 1/2 price at the moment. I just ordered a free t-shirt, pen, notebook with photos on the cover and 100 postcards (to use at school) and postage was about £2.50!

    Xmas Saver!
Had the most wonderful surprise 2day, a beautiful bouquet of flowers, I'd helped a friend out over the last 6 mths, just some general help with an employment tribunal ins and outs etc, gd news she got an out of court settlement. B4 xmas she wanted to buy something so say thank you, told her don't be so daft. and these arrived this morning.
Have taken a photo just got to get it to upload to photobucket, then put them on.

Just with us all being poorly over the weekend and the delights this week, it was a amazing surprise. xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx

In the mornings I`ll craft until 1pm , thats when create and craft goes off freeview, its like they keep me company, nuts i know and then do some money making. Thats on days i`m not busy.

Disabled outing today or as we`re know crips club - awful i know. On monday, its fat club, tuesday crips club and thursday , ski club (spending kids inheritance)

hope everyone ok (((hugs))) to those with bugs x
