Hi everyone, Not been on for a while...have tried to catch up with posts!!!
Mary - OMG...I do hope u are better soon. Do try not to do too much xxx
Milla - You now where we are if u need to vent/talk. I know how u are feeling and just do what u feel up to doing.
Everyone else with colds/flu's/sickness etc....I hope u all get well soon.
I have had probs with new meds and am currently taking nothing.........according to DH I am a nightmare!! I admit I have been having some extreem highs and lows the last couple of weeks. Picking up prescription tomorrow for low, low dose of new meds and see what happens with those. Been referred to family therapy so DH & DD can learn different ways to support me. (and learn how NOT to get on my nerves!!)
Anyway.....have put away all my sales purchases in relevant boxes in bottom of wardrobe. Hallway is clogged up atm with DD's new wardrobe/chest of drawers yet to be built as we are currently clearing out her bedroom....lots to go on ebay and car boot when weather is better. Front room is clogged with loads of her stuff....trying to get her to get rid of stuff is impossible!!
Sorted all cards for Jan birthdays and its mine at the end of the month..urrrgghh!!! lol Only 1 more year till 40!
Redeemed £10 tesco voucher on V/O, Also got £15 on Amazon from different redeems ...so not doing too bad atm.
Well thats me for now....Much Love Lisi xxNever buys anything at full price unless completely forced to do so!!! :whistle:0 -
Junior - mum2one's right. You should join the money making thread. You'll be all sorted for spending money then, and you'll have something to aim for if you lack motivation.I :heartpuls M.S.E.

Hope you get your meds sorted soon, its the stop starting that doesn't help matters. Good the referral as a family unit, in involves both DH and DD - and if they have questions they can ask away, - and also hearing it from a 3rd party (in the nicest of ways), brings them into the equation as a stronger position, and there more liable to listen.

Know that feeling, I've got a bookcase thats been out in the shed for 12 months waiting to be fixed up for bedrm, the current one held together by all the junk in the corner (whoops should of said overstock of toilettries, and items haven't put away!)

Good step forward getting the cards sorted, I'm sure retailers see desperation when were trying to find that last minute card for the relative that must have their title on it!

Thats good start with the redeems, lucky you, you've got another year of being 30 something! I can only get away with that till end of March!! Miss Hoodie is having great pleasure in me being 40, - had a vista print offer for a free poster - so had to set her up, and get mum to help - so funny - trying to tell what to do without seeing what they were doing!
She has threatened to put one on our fence, the main fence - 12ft high - it divides the school grounds from the house, and the whole house is facing the hall and dining room, and right by the area where the kids do PE! xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Back again!! catch up with me list!!
Mary - So sorry to hear about your accident, you takes thing easy. No trying to race hubby with his walking stick. Hopefully your be able to loose it soon. Big hugs from me and Miss Hoodie, glad the lad is turning out to be one in a million in his own way. Ur both a credit for everything you've done and been through.
I don't know if it would be any good for you, but my physio suggested
Glucosamine Sulphate 500mg Capsule -
there a health tablet for joints and bones, obviously check with your GP with the medication your on. I've been on them since Aug, felt a bit of difference, but again, some people could jump to the ceiling, others it doesn't work. We order all our vitamins online - and saved a fortune than if we brought them from high street chemists.
Ebonz - Thats absolutely amazing news about the house, bet the first question everyone asks you, when are you moving? So plzed for you
A big hi to anyone I've missed, and message from Miss Hoodie - don't forget the 24th as she's started her list!!! never mind me....xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
LOL ....Good on Miss Hoodie.....I have my DD's 21st coming up in May and have done a Vistaprint banner so far. Not an embarrassing one though!! I did the embarrassing thing for her 18th with the photo in the local paper lol
But I can see her doing something to get me back on my 40th lol
Yeah I am pleased with the redeems....I have over £10 waiting to clear on V/O so I can do another voucher....planning on putting all the Tesco ones in an envelope till Xmas for food and bits. Have added all the Amazon ones to my account so they are banked and ready to be spent.....I was going to get some bits in their sale but DH is moaning that the bedroom is getting cluttered again!!!Never buys anything at full price unless completely forced to do so!!! :whistle:0 -

I wish I could 21 again, but then I think we had it easier compared to now, get the stuff in the sale, my father moans when I bargain hunt, - the arrangement in the house (bar ourselves) I take care of the bday and xmas prezzies rather than contribute to bills (get the better deal), when he moans I offer to pay my share, but then casually remind him how much we would need in theory if everyone had the correct amount spent on them... soon does the trick!!
xx
(the only trouble is, he know knows that I've got all bday prezzies and some 2wards xmas) ! still argue the point! xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
I thought I'd share this with you as I found it by accident - so I'll tell you the story
Had an email from Vistaprint - with the offers - choose one in basket etc, then remembered needed to do topcashback vista offer, as hadn't done this months..... went through that (logged in, then to vistaprint), then picked up my original basket - carried on filling it with 4 free items, pd postage as normal.
Then I had an email saying my Vistaprint money had gone through to Topcashback.
xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
If it's already been mentioned plz accept my apologies - on our sister money thread (seems weird as we have the slimming thread as well - thats on catch up 2mor!) - but one of the ladies said there Boots was 75% off.
So whether they havn't had much stock left and brought 75% in early, don't know.
I just thought let you all incase it was all stores xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Just did another Vista order.....Got a T-shirt for DD's 21st, Notebook, address stamp and magnetic calendars all for grand sum of £2.55 postage!!! love it xxNever buys anything at full price unless completely forced to do so!!! :whistle:0
