Back safe, shattered thou!!
Had amazing time at the cottage, Bailey loved it, everything we came back in he went to bed for a lie down.
Miss Hoodie loved it, she out with dad everyngt taking Bailey up on the moors, she came back so exicted one ngt as a pony was kissing Bailey.
Miss Hoodie is a chip off the old block... we were down on the moors just got on to this bridge (0ne car only), when this car shot round the other side, just missed my front end, and wouldn't move, so I had to reverse ...(an experience in itself)... Miss Hoodie.... shouting "I'm a local.... and I'm Miss Hoodie...get your eyes tested. Nearly had another type of accident!!
Best had to be dad... Bailey doesn't get on very well with other dogs, so he's on short lead, we'd gone out for a picnic, dad had Bailey wrapped round the chair lead with his lead, happened so quick.. all nattering next thing Bailey gets up trys to run, (a dog off its lead and was coming for Bailey), and theres a pair of legs in mid air and the chairs being dragged, luckly he was ok, so funny!!
Miss Hoodie, shes a classic, and I'm very mse, took her on a mini steam train trip, (free childs ticket), pd for adult, so I went with her, then come back and swopped with dad... and sat with Bailey.
She loved the hols, she went to bodmin Jail, 2 steam railways, her picinic out, (kept finding cheap offers), we even ended up at a cheese, wine, cider and pickle festival, (free entry!), I have never seen that much cheese... only 1 cider stall, + 1 wine stall.
I had my little angel back, and it was brilliant, but as soon as she saw home town on the signposts, - all went out of the window, cafcass on Monday, but some good news (sounds mad saying that), they've changed the court date back to 3rd Oct, so can get throu her bday in peace xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
wb mum2one, mr and mrs mum2one, miss hoodie, and bailey I`m so glad you had a great time, we`ve missed you. We been plodding along but it wasnt the same...lol. Missed your stories I think...lol at bailey and dad. Good news on court date, if they could delay it some more, about 10 years would be nice....

The next challenge will be on the 24th.
Welcome back mum2one and family, so glad you had such a good time on all your travels :T
Rufus, it was a shock to read about the terrible incident, relief the culprit is off the streets - and hopefully stay there. Must have shaken you all up.
Pips mum, the coasters are made from china are they? I've not seen them before. I liked reading about all those Christmassy projects.
Hi everyone else0 -
Welcome home mum2one and your holiday sounds brilliant
I have made some more jelly this morning out of the remaining crab apples. Not too sure how it will turn out as the herbs got stuck at the top despite lots of twiddling. It's chutney time again this afternoon - courgette time!
Pedometer should arrive tomorrow for mum's hamper then I think that one's almost done. Will update the lists later on today to check and check budgets again.
So far the winter hamper has
wintertrax grips
coat
pedometer
scarf
Maybe just need to look for gloves and a hat still - off to check some prices on amazon!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Welcome back Mum2one, glad you all had a lovely time xx
Welcome to Inkedkitten xx
Fedup - sounds like you are doing well with your hamper. I still haven't bought anything more for my ED's pamper hamper yet.
I ordered some more jewellery gift boxes yesterday so I am hoping they are better quality than the last ones. One of them is a special one with the hinged lid and velvet inside. I thought this would be better for ED's 30th bracelet. The other two boxes are just long cardboard ones that are covered so I am keeping my fingers crossed with them.
I was going to order the other pack of playing cards when I got my Paypal money in the week but forgot and ordered the boxes instead but then again I will need one of the boxes before the cards as they are for Christmas.
Havent been up to much today, eldest GS stayed over so we have been playing video games all morning in between cooking dinner or tonight. OH is off tomorrow and Tuesday and we will be out both days as his Dad's birthday tomorrow and my Dad's birthday on Tuesday.
YD seems to be a lot better today, think knowing the bloke has been put away is helping.0 -

:eek:Rufus how frightening for YD. I'm glad they caught the guy, how is she doing?
Welcome back mum2one and welcome Inkedkitten
Bought the beastling's gift for her father this week, I was going to get a Samsonite case cause he wants a new cabin suitcase, but I did a mystery shop for them and the ones I saw weren't brilliant quality. I saw a little camcorder on Dealtastic reduced from £50 to £18, plus 15% off code and 10% cashback :money: Now it's packing the apartment, transferring the contents to the new house, wrapping the Christmas gifts for my parents/brother/etc so they can bring them back after their visit, writing all our Christmas cards and sending those ... busy busy. Oh, and sorting the new house ready for Christmas :eek:Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Anglea they are basically tiles, I am going to stick some felt on the back so they dont scratch furniture. They look quite cute though with Pips Masterpieces on them!! Also got some little ceramic pots for the ladies so will get him to decorate those next week. All from Baker Ross.Debt at LBM [strike]£17,544[/strike] £5700:TOver £14,000 PAID OFF :T
