I am really missing my cigs (MFS = Missing fags syndrome!!) But I will persevere! I need to do this....money wise and health wise.

I finished all the hand sewing I had to do over the weekend. Was so pleased with the look of the poem on the pillowcase I am thinking of doing another poem and putting it on a cushion for my brother for his 60th birthday in June. I have found a poem I like, just need to find a nice piece of fabric to do it on. Will have a look up the town later on and see if I can find anything. Might have a tablecloth or something in the charity shops that would be suitable.

MSE day yesterday - my parents drove me and DD to visit my Nan and Aunt (over 1 1/2 hour away) - so no petrol costs - and then my Nan paid for us to have lunch out! Brill!

Need to have a serious look at my finances this week though. I need to find a way of sorting a credit card out, but no one will give me an interest free balance transfer card. Boo hiss.

What a day.............started off with backache as I slept in odd position so didn;t do much this morning except write letter and do three 'patchwork' christmas cards (not sure I like them).
Friend called I'd not seen for ages then got phone call from council to say we can have grant for alterations to house :T
Just feeling ecstatic about all that, felt itchy head and ran comb through it and what do you know........I got head lice :eek: Oh the shame, shock and horror !! OHs gone to chemist to collect some magic stuff to get rid of them. Don''t know where I got them but chemist know I've not been long out of hospital and said I could have brought them home with me:eek: Oh heck.................:eek:
Shall now want to hide away somewhere and shave my hair all off in embarassment.................:eek:

I thought only kids got that sort of thing -oh dear I feel so ashamed and here I am telling you all about it................:(

thought i`d drop by and say hi, hope you all ok.

Im fine, had scan waiting results and have to go thursday and sat for another one

mary - head lice only goes to clean heads. DD had them for about a year on and off, couldnt get rid of them, everytime they were zapped they came back and she must have had the cleanest head in school as she tried to drown them every night :rotfl:

My Oh wanted me to take it easy, so i got a new program and have been learning how to do it, a while back rufus gave me a link to make photo dvds, i didnt have chance to use it so I learnt how to do that and then to jazz the photos up I been learning digital scrapbooking wow i love it. And theres so may free things to do with it. I learnt a whole new skill.
