I am not placid enough to have someone shout instructions at me, I am liable just to shout back lol.

The OP has done really well and should be very proud of herself, unfortunatley she has just come across a bloke who takes advantage of women when they are vulnerable. What an A**ehole.

Anyway I spoke to the other woman yesterday and I found out all I needed.

I was really upset yesterday when the other woman said that she had been to his house and had stayed in the outside study snug at the bottom of the garden.
She was actually talking about my house!

Angel, I sincerely hope that you put this poor woman straight about what he's been up to.

The ruddy cheek of it, passing off your home as his!

I told her eveything in the one call I made yesterday, she just said that I am jelous that he has chosen her over me. I asked her if he had a key to her house and she said yes, then I asked if she had a key to his and she went quiet. She is a 40 odd year old woman and she can do whatever she likes with the information I gave her.

He used to drive her around in my car and one night the police pulled them over for drink driving and impounded my car, he phoned me and said he was coming from his mums and he needs money to get my car back, I told him he better find the money himself or I will tell my father. I went to the police station to produce and he grabbed the document from my hands so I asked the police what road the car was on when it was stopped and when they told me I was shocked as his mum lives nowhere near there, he was clearly on her road as I found out yesterday.

A lot of people only see and hear what they want then get mad at the wrong person when the truth comes to light.
It's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun

Tell the Police the he took your car without your consent, don't be vindictive but just use the law to your advantage.
