  • Any program that plays MP3s will play it fine. Best if you right click and 'save target as..' and download it then open it, cos if you have a slow connection it will try and play it faster than it can download it.

I listened to it, and thought it was really good. Adds another personal spin on the money saving tips. Normally, I cant bear to listen to people spouting off about ways to save money, but Martin always makes it sound fun and interesting, so well done. Would be happy to listen to this regularly and think it is a great idea.

If you are just clicking the link, and it opens up in WMP (Windows Media Player), then it won't play for a while, since it has to buffer the file before it can play.

Make sure you actually download the file (Right click > Save Target As), then try opening it.

Also, the media play you use shouldn't really matter - mp3 is compatable with WMP, RealPlayer, iTunes, Creative PlayCenter, etc etc :)

Great idea guys. Was so much easier to listen whilst eating my MSE soup, rather than trying to read whilst holding lunch over the keyboard. I too can be a bit of a skim reader and miss stuff so this was excellent.

BTW, are you becoming a Boots tart, Martin?:D

It got as far as "Hello and welcome to the firs.." and that was it. I tried last night direct from email and got the same.

Agree ticklemouse - I have the same problem - mines granary toast crumbs in the keyboard.:)

Martin - like the idea - I usually skim and wouldn't have spent as much time on the capital one card info. But when I heard the 'mutterings' on it I paid more attention and will now look into it.
