M&S are saying my order didn't have free delivery or a discount applied. I know what I saw on the order when it was totalled up (hadn't touched a drop either!) and have now said it will be referred to trading standards.

Is it showing on your order confirmation? Mine is, and when I log into my account. Worth taking a screen print if it is still showing!

The only reference to the lower amount is on an e-mail where it says at the top "grand total". Further on down the e-mail it refers to the total as the higher amount. Something strange going on as usual with Marks and Sparks orders.

Which code was it that you used - the free next day delivery one? If not, are you sure that the code is still valid?

I didn't put in a code it automatically came up at the one click check out point. It defo said free delivery and 10% discount which did surprise me. Just put it down to ordering a fair bit from them recently. I've just done a small order and its done exactly the same. This time I've kept a copy of the order as I won't be caught twice!

Still waiting for despatch for 2 orders I placed early on Christmas Eve, but one I placed earlier today is now saying "despatching soon".... hmmm.... wonder when my items will start to disappear from my orders.
