thats a bit pants if they are sending cancellations! surely they have a stock system which operates, erm, based on how much stock they have.
have my fingers crossed for my order but not hopeful!0 -

Sorry to disappoint you, but they don't have a good stock system. As many of us on these boards can tell you, it's just a matter of luck as to whether you actually get anything you've ordered, even if you ordered as soon as the sale went live.
I tend to assume that I won't get any of what I've ordered, until it actually arrives. That way, I won't be too disappointed. I've had so many orders cancelled and not received a thing, I almost don't know why I bother! But then there's the odd occasion when I get a great bargain and it turns up! Sadly, they are the exception. On the whole I tend to get more cancelled orders than delivered.0 -
I ought to have learnt my lessons from previous M&S sales when left with 1 or 2 smaller items from a big order. Have the usual dispute over them charging full delivery price for a couple of rolls of wrapping paper!0

I know this is a bit premature but how long before they make further reductions instore? as I don't think I wanna go in on day 1 (tomorrow)Whether we win or lose, that we played at all was a winning decision.

I have bought all next years wrapping, tags and cards, baubles, underwear and a lovely tree. Thanks for the tip off. Fingers crossed I get it all.
My mum ordered one tree and that has already been cancelled.

Does anyone know if its possbile to add items to an order I made yesterday? It hasn't been dispatched yet and I really don't fancy paying another delivery fee for an extra item I've since spotted.0
