You can't add anything unless you cancel the entire order. I had to call them up and the lady cancelled the ordered and placed it again - but that depends on whether or not your item is still in stock. Somehow they can reuse the free delivery code when they place the new order.

ive had a despatch email for one of my four orders... weirdly its the last one i placed out of the 4 and the only one i had to pay delivery on

My order said free delivery and 10% off yet they've now added it back on and taken it. Very sharp practice and I've emailed them about it.

Yay! I have had a dispatch email for the whole order that I placed on Christmas Eve, fingers crossed it turns up and is in one piece!

Went instore and was very disappointed. Not very much in the sale at all that I liked, small reductions on nightwear, hardly any menswear reduced.
