Did that to me last year paid postage ordered 12 items ended up with one . They refused to refund me delivery charge.They didnt inform that all bar 1 item was cancelled until it was on way.

IIRC last year I only got one single roll of wrapping paper out of my entire order but they spread the delivery charge evenly and I was only charged 10p delivery.

Hi, give them a call, I had the same problem before and they refunded me the delivery charge as they cancelled the main items and left small things on that order.

Well my status haven't changed and i also ordered Xmas eve... fingers cross i get everything!

Just wondered- they are obviously going to have another reduction episode some time soon as none of the accessories are reduced (unless you count summer stock). I wanted a pair of leather gloves, I got a pair last year in the sale (but lost one as I always do). Anyone see any patterns in their sales year on year? when does the next part of the sale start?

I placed an order and it said its due to arrive February 17th :huh:

I hope that's wrong... They do put the items aside for you once you checkout don't they? Just wondering if using 'next day' would have made a difference?

Does not show in your basket but when you get to checkout it clearly takes a further 30% off sale items
