In the red banner on the site it says 'SALE further reductions. Today online only 30% off all sale prices' So i think this is it?

The 30% is not being applied on a few items. I've emailed them about not getting the 30% off 'All SALE items'. I guess they are going to be quite busy sorting out the overcharges tomorrow. Their CS were ok last time I dealt with them, although I did have to get past a numpty first!

If you read the small print it's:
[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]* Up to 50% off selected items plus a further 30% off all clothing and homeware in the Sale.

So only clothing and homeware.

Awesome, thanks for info. Was going to order a load of sale items yesterday but was put off by the postage charge, now the 30% extra off makes up for the P&P. I'm using the sales to buy Christmas presents for 2011 (I know I'm sad!).

part of my order was cancelled my M&S I was not too happy about this, received order today and have noticed they have now took deleivery charge off without me asking so i am happy.

I hope this happens to me too! I ordered 4 days ago and received an email this morning saying 2 of the items are now sold out. I'm not surprised if they've only just got around to packing the order, I was expecting it would be well on it's way by now. What is left in the order hardly seems worth the P&P:(

I cancelled some items last night and for some reason my order was split into 2 orders with DD's thermal tops in one and the matching bottoms in the other order! Just had an email from them that the 2nd order with the bottoms have been cancelled leaving me with only the tops and they reduced the postage charge to £2. I can't even cancel my order now as it is 'despatching soon'. So i shall be returning my order when i receive it. Do you think they will refund the postage too if the entire order is returned?
A bit annoying as i ordered on Christmas eve as soon as it went live but i should of known better as i had problems with them before.
