Anyone who's still waiting for their Xmas Eve orders to dispatch, do you still have the ability to change some of the items on your order?

I do, but am not sure why, other than that those items are still showing as available to order. I hope they're not the only items I'm going to get, as there are only two of them out of the fifteen I originally ordered!

when you no longer have the option to change an item it is ready to be sent, however if your order is held up by another item and there was limited stock then it may get allocated to someone else.

Annoyingly half of one order has been cancelled and I am left with two rolls of wrapping paper 4 lots of bottle bags and possibly 4 lots of tags if they get despatched too.

hi janeroser, I also had an item put back for dispatch until feb and it has now been cancelled. I attempted to cancel the entire order as it wasn't worth the postage for what was left and I can't amend the order!! I have sent them an email telling them it is a bit of a cheek that they can amend the order, but on the same day, I can't. Sick of M&S online, shall not bother to order online in sales again as its a waste of time.

Thanks for that . Every year this happens to me and frankly I think its about time M and S spend some of their massive profits on an up to date stock control system so mugs like me donnt spend Christmas Eve/Christmas morning ordering things that arent even in stock.I think Ive learnt my lesson this time.

got my confirmation email, looks like it's all coming, hope so as instore sale wasn't great either today and they didn't have my size and was probably only the 2nd person to take a look in one of the big stores.

I can only change one item, but that item still has 10+ in stock so hopefully it won't get cancelled.


Why is it that in all the M&S sales there are loads of bras with small 28/30 backs, but no matching pants under a 14?! who are these people that are a 28D on top and 16 on the bottom! or 36B with size 8 bums!? Grrr

You know what, I wondered that myself. I saw a really nice tartan bra and basque set, with NO size 8 knickers, only a 14.

Maybe larger women don't like to match their lingerie

most of my order cancelled not happy as i paid postage do you think if I moan would they refund postage as i wouldnot have ordered just two things if I knew
