Thorntons winter wonderland hamper £32 next day delivery

mine never arrived either...despite a dispatch e mail and the money going from my bank...i went to the couriers on xmas eve as thorntons said it was still in the warehouse waiting to be delivered....they couldnt find it after searching for half an hour.....I now have to wait for thorntons to re open after the hols and try and track it down

My chocs still havent arrived despite being out for delivery since 1st December, refund went in from them yesterday which is good though as thought it would take ages!

Thx for that, Kerry - I just checked my account and my refund has gone in too. Impressively fast considering I was told it would be 10 working days.

I just recieved my order, which came through as 2 of the corporate boxes. looks ok, but not what I wanted as I have 2 young kiddies and wanted the christmassy things.

Just spoke to the lovely Tim at thorntons and he is sending me a 2 large boxes and 2 med boxes of chocs as an apology to make up the difference in price. He did try to give me a discount off my next order but I very politely pushed for the extras.

I sent an e-mail through their online system over Christmas but haven't received a reply today. May try phoning.

BTW - saynoto0870 suggest phoning 0800 454537 - it takes you straight through to CS.

mine got delivered today at last all present and correct plus they for some reason had refunded my paypal payment, so free.

I am still waiting for mine...still waiting for a refund....and I was one of the first to order at 2am on the day offer was posted ..... I am fuming !!

i too am still awaiting delivery..called cs yesterday as i didn't have a tracking number and was told that they had tried to deliver on christmas eve but no-one was home to receive the parcel and that they had left a card..i politely pointed out that both my husband and i were at home all day on christmas eve and no card was left ! advisors reply was 'i'm only reading what's on the screen' lol...i assume that the driver bunked off early and marked his remaining parcels to that effect. it is now showing as 'out for delivery' today so can't wait to see if it arrives and what actually comes!

Phoned earlier and got straight through. Given 15% off next order (includes current sale items) and a free large box of premium chocolates - pays to complain (politely). Just said I was disappointed by the two substitutions (WW then Chocoholics then Corporate) and the hampers were toffee heavy (my dentist would not be happy, I said.).
