Unfortunately my health deteriorated somewhat, I had several conditions at once and am now seeing the hospital regularly for these. My daughter was also suffering from a number of chest and cold related illnesses.
My M-I-L who owned the house could not afford to pay another company to come out and finally decided to sell, and we managed to move quickly thanks to the help of our wonderful local housing association.
As far as I am aware, A1 are still chasing up the remainder of their monies despite the fact that they are refusing to take our calls. My M-I-L has now taken charge of it and has taken the case to trading standards.
I was appalled by their lack of customer service skills, their lack of communication skills, and their petty threats.
We're enjoying our lovely new flat, complete with hot water!
As for Jase from Stoke - I have dealt with the company, and am still suffering the consequences. :mad:WINS 2012 Cheque £50 - Fearless Fred0 -
must admit i slagged my boiler make off but its doing its job ie our combo bill was £137 a mth and very rarely we had anything back mind:mad: but we had £50 and £200 a while back and reduced our bills to £87 so i'm well happy.Just goes to show how crap our last one was:mad:0
