Busted....
I don't undertand. I am a sales director and like 10,000,000 other people can use multiple tabs, including my 6 year old, to gain access to information faster and more efficiently and therefore I could answer the post within the parameters that were questioned earlier.
Has the new shift started at moneysavingexperts.com? Where did you come from?
Here we go.......have you used A1 Gas? Have you had a bad experience? No. therefore you are not qualified to comment.0 -

I do not have to be clued up on Gas Safe records, I went to Gas Safe and typed in A1 Gas. It tells me they are currently registered, it does not state when from.
Again (and you constantly ignore this). Have you used A1 Gas? Have you has a bad experience? If not, you are not qualified to comment.
I do not ignore anything. You choose to divert attention away from your inconsistencies.
Your own statements that contradict the evidence available for all to see.
Keep digging your own hole & you might want to let them know how much damage you are doing to their company. Because it is theirs isnt it? Not yours to be damaging yourself. :rotfl:Not Again0 -

I don't really care whether you are who you claim to be by the way, I just thought it was funny.0 -

I have no inconsistencies, since my first post I simply stated the fact I had used them for 10 years without complaint. Everyone else has then tried to put my post into disrepute with unfounded comments. The only comment that I agree with is that companies house does state 2005 as the incorporation date of the company. I stated this is not my concern, I have a receipt dated 2001. And today 10 years later I do not care, I have received good and consistant service from A1 Gas.
Again have you used A1 Gas? Have you received a bad service? No. Therefore you are not qualified to comment.
You cannot comment on the quality of something you have not received.
I am not digging a hole. The truth will not dig me into a hole.
As far as contradictions are concerned they aren't any. I have dealt with them since 2001 and I admit companies house says 2005,but I have a receipt and I know who I deal with. If companies house have incorrect data this is not my concern nor does it really have any bearing on my posts which concern customer services and workmanship.0 -
I'm commenting on the fact that someone who supposedly works in internet security uses IE as their browser.
I don't really care whether you are who you claim to be by the way, I just thought it was funny.I see. I do use Firefox normally. However I am using my wifes machine, she prefers IE8. We do have up to date security software, also check out SentryBay. It protects against keyloggers, fantastic product.

Firstly go out and buy some fan heaters and get them running in your home, otherwise you will have mould problems and health issues.
And get another plumber.
BTW most parts would be in stock in a mercants, if not they would be avaliable next day, so this idiot is taking the p iss :mad:0 -
Many people are quick to jump on the band wagon and start heckling.
I hope you finally get it sorted OP.0 -
Yes you are being ripped off.
Did you get a receipt for the £100 you handed over? If not then you could have a hard time proving you have paid them anything.
It sounds to me like the first bodger replaced the circuit board but didn't fix the problem and they are now stalling and arguing because they don't want to pay for the replacement parts (which they should) which are only needed because they messed up the first work.
Get a new plumber in to fix the problem then write to the previous company stating the simple facts. You paid them to fix the boiler, they have not fixed the boiler & you are entitled to your money back. Tell them you are giving them 7 days to respond before you pursue them through the small claims court. Don't phone them, there is no point as there will be no records of what is said, get everything on paper for use in the future.0 -
A1 Gas Services are one of the best in the Stoke area, many boiler engineers in the district respect and frequently phone them for advice. Don't take your central heating for granted. When training for Gas Safe registration the majority can only get their portfolio signed off by a busy company. I , myself trained with A1 and , yes you may say I'm biased, but many a time we went to 'rescue' people who had been abandoned by other engineers and were left with a boiler in pieces, so maybe there's more to this story. Many is the time we did a a simple repair and came away not charging. Many people are quick to jump on the band wagon and start heckling.
Wow another one post wonder boy.
Just for your information, I have been in the building game for 28 years, I run a company employing 18 gas registered plumbers/carpenters/a/c/ and painters. I have high profile clients, banks, welsh assembly, insurance companies. So I have every right to jump on the bandwagon and heckle.
Even if half of what the OP posted is true, A1 gas services are cowboys, and should hang their heads in shame as to the way they have treated this family. Reputable company.................... my a rse0
