No good just jumping in and boasting the size of your company, how many years you've been going, high profile customers. What possible use / defense or otherwise is that. You know absolutely jack about A1gas services.

A1 Gas Services of Stoke on Trent are A1 !!!!!! and befor jase starts yes i can comment, i have used them and yes i am in Stoke On Trent. I was left in a predicament not long ago, rang them up, they came out and i was fobbed off on too many times i care to mention, I got fed up of it all and rang another company who were out within 12 hours (i didnt ring them till late one evening) they came round, looked at the mess A1 had left me in and rectified their abysmal work and all for a decent reasonable price. Well done to Phoenix Gas Services (of Stoke on Trent) lol

interestingly, when you type 'a1 gas services stoke on trent' in to google, the first result contains a review which links to this thread. additionally, this thread appears on the second page of the search result. won't be long 'til it appears on the first page....

1. We only have one side of this story and there are always two. But on the face of it they are guilty as charged until we hear the other side. The truth is if they don't or won't perform the OP should cut their losses, go elsewhere and complain to Trading Standards.

2. If Jase and Arcgas are connected with A1GS then they are doing a pretty pi$$ poor job of defending them in the context of this thread.

3. The date of incorporation as a Limited Company is totally irrelevant if they were previously trading as a partnership or on a sole trader basis. It would still be the same organisation but with Limited Company status.

According to Jase the sole trader died.

And it is relevant because, like I said, it is a different company with a different legal status.

The argument is moot because he has said is that he has an invoice from AIGS and not clarified whether or not it was AIGSLtd or not. Thats the craziness of that strand of the argument. IMHO it isnt relevant because companies change their names all the time and whether they are incompetant or the bees knees its still the same people whatever their trading style so at best its a distraction/diversion from the main point of this thread which is apparent extremely poor service and as a distraction/diversion it's off-topic.

I am sorry you feel a challenge to the recollection of a supporter to A1 GAS SERVICES LIMITED to be a moot point.

And I suggest you read the thread again because that supporter definitely says its the same company.

just read this thread and apart from being hijacked big time by 1 post carlies.millystar hows your house and heating now.Only just had a new bioler put in myself by a local plumber.Apert from endless cups of tea he did a good job for me.Even though i've bought one of the crappiest biolers out there Ferroli.Never the less its 5yrs warrenty with it.But to come back to your cold house.We only had the cold for 5 days last week and was supprised how cold an house gets with no bloody heating.
yep we were washing in the sink with hot water from the kettle:( not very good at all.We live miles form family and its not the type of thing you like to do in others houses enyway:Dhas others say here i'd cut my loses and put it down to bad experiance AND BLOODY LEARN FROM IT!!!!! hope everything turned out well for you though:money:
