I have had 2 separate heating systems installed in two seprate houses, I thought that may be obvious. i.e. I lived in one house and then moved to a another house and had another system installed. I have all my appliances served every year as per the manufacturers instructions.

I am looking at a receipt from 2001, as I write, when my first heating system was installed by them. The company was orginally registered at an address (Marina Drive, Newcastle Under Lyme) I guess around 2005 the registered address was changed to the current address in Rode Heath, that's why you quote 2005.

I ask again.....have you ever used A1 Gas? If so have you had a bad experience? If not I do not think you are qualified to comment.

What time does your shift finish at moneysavingexperts.com?

You guessed wrong.

2005 is the date that the company existed from.

& it is a legal requirement for them not to have advised you that you are dealing with another company.

Are you saying they didnt?

I am not making a judgement about A1 Gas Services in Stoke-on-Trent (see what i did there?). I was merely commenting on your post, not about A1 Gas Services and the amazing service that they give in Stoke-on-Trent.

I live in Stoke on Trent (really? i would have never thought from your username) and have used A1 Gas Services to complete work more times than I can remember. Forums should be taken at their face value, this thread only seems to be attacking a company and individual, one disgruntled customer does not speak for 1000s of very happy ones. Would you really write such a long response.....

I would happily recommend A1 Gas Services, Stoke on Trent (ok, we know where) to anyone without a second thought.

Some of the "thread posters" do not even live in Stoke on Trent and have probably have never used A1, how can their opinions be considered?

The business then moved to the new address under the control of Sean the new MD. I have dealt with them for 10 years please do not suggest I am not in possession of the facts. When you deal with some one for 10 years you get to know them.
