I think we must be boring, or I can't be asked! We just shred ours, portion up and freeze as it is. Then I reheat in gravy and have it with potatoes and veggies. :o

I do the same with chicken. Although I do buy a jar of curry sauce (I've tried making my own and I just can't do them just the same as some people can't make pastry) and we have it with rice.
  • Think we are having turkey stir fry today with some frozen turkey leftover out of the freezer :)
    DH will probably complain though!

  • Just decided on a Beef and Mushroom pie tomorrow with the last of our leftovers (and the leftover potatoes will me mash)

    :)
We spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. I don't and I'm happy!

I have a lot of cheese bits to use up left over from a cheese board, any ideas please? There is some that have picked onion through them and then montteray jack and a couple of wax type ones.
