Greenbee, I don't understand, are you thinking he's backpeddling or something or that he's being a bit 'cold' about things, not sure what you meant.
I'm not sure either... but I think he's going back to his ex and kids... he's been snowed in there since Thursday (well, he did try to get back here on Friday and killed the car!) and I suspect that he now feels that's normality/reality and his time with me was some kind of aberration. You can imagine how that makes me feel. I think I can cope if he continues to live on his own for a while before making a decision, but to go straight back will really hurt.

Oh dear, :(, well wait and see eh...there was a reason they split up in the first place and that reason wasn't anything to do with you was it? If a relationship is not up to scratch then just putting on a show over christmas won't fix things, neither will staying together through guilt over children...that's if this is the case and your imagination isn't going into overdrive hun. Anyway, hugs to you, do you have a plan B for christmas if you aren't spending it with OH?

Yup, saw your comment, taking heed (ish). Further investigation is needed.:p

The last thing I bought, an electric knife is fab. Cuts bread straight, love it.:D

Best check my non defrosting freezer, can see this being a long job. Kitchen is bitterly cold unless I put the oven on.

Off to work guys, back later. x

    Huge hugs Greenbee xx

Well drove half way to work then heard on the radio the place was closed so I turned round and came back again. Checked on NN and drove out and got a prescription and some milk etc for her. DD's made it into work but it took her three times as long and she's v. stressed. I've told her that I can come and pick her up if she wants (I have a 4x4, she has a little, old Fiesta).

In the absense of other Toots' I guess I'd better go edit post 2 as best I can.

In the HHC I managed to clean oven hob, wash up, take stuff upstairs, wrap a present, wipe kitchen surfaces, put a load of washing in, put other washing in tumbler. Think I'll have a few minutes break and then do another HHC at 10.30am. Anyone want to join me?
We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.
