    - Phone someone
    - Spend at least half an hour doing something for yourself..
    - Change pet bedding and wash blankies etc..
    - Dust round the whole downstairs
    - do a crazy HHC decluttering downstairs
    - Children... quick.. tidy your rooms
    - Vacuum through downstairs.. and the stairs!
    - Mop the kitchen floor!
    - Prepare a list for that last second shopping
    - Declutter your desk..
    - Have a skim through the TV guide
    - Tidy up coats and shoes and suchlike
    - Spend half an hour doing NOTHING!!..
