Sammiell, I really know how you feel and am sending you hugs. Take a deep breath, think what absolutely has to be done and go from there. I don't know how old your kids are but can you delegate to them so you're not doing it all on your own and make sure DH helps? It'll be OK. xxFlymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0

First of all hugs to everyone.
LL - couldn't agree more, it is only a posh christmas dinner. At least my second turkey (still don't know how I ordered two!!) may come in handy if DH isn't well on Saturday we can just do it all again a few days later.
Thanks for good wishes for DH. He's still pretty bad but will survive. He's slept most of the day apart from when I wake him up for lemsip and soup (not in the same mug!). Not seen him ill before so it's pretty wierd but at least he's 24 hours into it so that's 24 hours closer to being better.
Frrrreeezing here so going to get ready for bed, put dressing gown on and go to bed early. Hugs again xx0 -

hi everyone
just a quick one - I've been soo busy trying to get things ready for today, as if it's not done by tonight, it's not going to get done. We leave home at 6am to get to Cardiff airport, which baring any further snow fall, looks like it's open for business
Just got a teeny bit of wrapping to do (DH's presents!) and then the packing, and then I can collapse in a heap.
Just wanted to say that you lot are sooo supportive of each other - it's an honour to be part of a board where everyone is soo lovely, and a bonus that the house gets tidier every week too
Hugs, spoons, sticks for BDs as appropriate. Hope everyone gets the festivities they want. I'll be back on NYE all being well. Take care all
