    hi everyone i just wanted to say hello, i'm lurking mainly but i do intend to start a few of your challenges after xmas, my kids r off sick and i'm not very well so i'm just lazying about the internet :) hope your all well

    lol i wouldn't mind but having 3 sick kids aswell doesn't help lol, we had snow during the night, u never know might acually be a white christmas :)

    My tv is in place! its 5,10 here and i have hung about all day--i havent even been able to shower in fear of missing them-euuuueeeewwwww--they smelt of sweat and cheesy feet as most tradesment seem to here!!--they took their shoes off as always happens here but i had no tradesmens slippers to offer them!--another missing item since the summer upheaval!--i never realised that having a widescreen tvs was a sign of being a chav-- just ooks great and i can see everything clearly through my poor eyesight! --i need an op for glaucoma in my left eye which causes the football score to be hard to read on a normal tv!!also makes riding a motorbike in hazardous city streets interesting!!
    İ am beginning to think of the targets to aim for in the new year connected to OS--this tv is definately the last big purchase for a long while!! any ideas chaps and chapesses gladly received!!
    mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.

    Afternoon all!

    Happy Birthday Bargain Bird!

    A dusting of snow here in Bristol this morning then it tried again just before lunch....I brushed the drive off when I got home from work and sprinkled salt down.

    Whoopsied meatballs for tea with tomato sauce. I love whoopsies-do supermarkets reduce food at random times, or can you predict when they will do it?

    We are driving to Heathrow tomorrow morning to pick up DD and new husband who are due in at 2.15.pm. I haven't been to Terminal 5 before! Anyone know what the roads are like from the south to Heathrow? I am a big panicker so getting worried...........DH says we will get there through hell and high water and the motorway will be ok but I think we need to be practical and be careful.

    Finished work today-good week as all but 1 NVQ learner passed. She will soon but she's been ill. They were all so pleased. We had nibbles and a photo session with my boss congratulating them all. The one week in the year I remember why I do what I do!!

    The next couple of weeks will not be so OS as DD and SIL have lots of plans-panto tickets nearly £200 ( OH's treat) but I'll try.
