Totally agree.
I'm waiting for an item despatched on 16th via expediated delivery, due by 20th. Still no sign. I've just checked the tracking & it seems it was scanned in Glasgow on 16th about 6am & nothing's happened since.:( What's worse...we live in Kent. It doesn't look like there is much chance of this.

My daughters kindle has turned up today...fantastic!!! it has a returns label for Fife, so maybe thats where it was sent from? it would explain the delay

My OH has ordered quite a few of my presents from Amazon, something on 29th Nov and the rest from the beginning of Dec, no later than 6th. He's having it all delivered to work and I have no idea about the tracking etc as obviously it's things for me, but as of yesterday nothing has turned up yet. Last night he said he was starting to get worried that I wouldn't have much to open on Christmas Day bless him and he would feel really bad about it I've told him that as long as the kids are all sorted (which they are) I'll love watching them open their pressies and I don't mind waiting.
The poor thing usually leaves it later to start shopping, and the one time he does it early we have snow and it's all delayed!

Can i please ask when you ordered it? i ordered mine on the 10th December and paid for first class as expediated is no good as they use city link and they cannot find the address. It said on mine delivery 20th dec but it still has not come as of today.

I ordered it on the 16th for expediated delivery they
dispatched it on the 18th with a delivery date of yesterday...it turned up today, came by RM premium, whatever that is! I expected expediated to come next working day and by courier?
They also dispatched the cover i bought, on
the 18th by first class and it turned up with the Kindle! Im sure yours will turn up soon, hopefully tomorrow! what day was it sent?

MIne was dispatched 17th by first clas post, i am hoping it comes tomorrow or Friday fingers crossed, i have quite a few outstanding dvds they were all ordered 10 days ago but i am not so much bothered about them as the kindle, i ordered the kindle on the 10th and it was dispatched on the 17th not sure if they had low stocks and that was the delay in them dispatching it.

considering they offer 1st class RM cheaper than expediated, i would expect expediated to mean next day delivery or whats the point of it?
