Well, I've been paid but with the bank holiday weekend none of my payments will be going out until tomorrow.

    However, it should be:

    £50 to inlaws.
    £181.94 to loan.
    £125 to credit card.

We're moving house this week (for the first time this month! One more move planned before end of June) so will be losing internet access for a while. I've decided for the first time to count in my savings as they're going towards house move. I won't forget the challenge but may not be updating monthly so this is where I am:

    Total debt payments: £3,589.59
    Total savings: £1,347.16
    Total towards challenge: £4,936.75
    Percentage: 44.88%

    Phew!
Wandered away from the MSE track for a while but am back and on a mission! Debts cleared nearly £18k. Now to start saving ...

Some good news and some bad news.
Good news is that I've paid some more off my credit cards £400 off MBNA. Bad news is my credit cards are now £13,100 not what I thought last week which I calculated as £10,500. I feel I'm running out of months:eek:

I'm not doing as well as I had hoped!

Another 5'er paid to Barclaycard for me today. :T Better than nothing.

It's hard to calculate as I pay some off my overdraft but then have to use it again to pay bills.
I'm aiming for 11k actual reduction rather 11k of payments so I'm going to look at my overdraft on the same day every month and use that total until it's completely paid off. :j

£600 to Halifax last week - however I was successful at getting tickets for 2 events for the Olympics so £124 added onto MBNA.

It shouldn't affect my schedule though so still on for Feb 2012 to get these cards clear.

Next update will be around payday on 24th and Halifax will be clear with the next payment :j

    Payday yesterday so...

    £200 to in-laws
    £80 to Halifax
    £250 to MBNA

Just waiting for my Halifax statement which will come this week and then I can make my final payment to that card... then only 2 to go.

I found a spreadsheet last night that had my repayments listed for a year ago and there were 5 cards on there... the light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter each month.

Have also sold a few bits and pieces on ebay over the last few weeks and have withdrawn £50 from Paypal so that will be winging it's way to MBNA later in the week.

Best of luck to everyone else.
