  • My delivery to a store says also says being processed. Decided to phone Boots and told all is well. Fingers crossed eh :)
  • I ordered from boots on the 16th and also at 3.05am when offer went live on the 17th and my order is still being processed. Starting to panic now as others have already recieved theirs.

  • Those who have ordered for store delivery and are still on processing do not worry, items would be loaded on the truck for store delivery on Monday to reach store by Wednesday. No need to wory yet.

    There were loads left in Norwich at lunchtime today and I'm quite pleased with myself in that I managed to resist buying one,although I was really tempted and stood looking at the display for 5 minutes trying to decide :rotfl:

    It wouldn't have cost me any actual money either as I had enough points accumulated,but it's not like I need any more toiletries,I have enough already to last me about a year and so I decided to save my points for the 75% off sale :D
  • To those who havent received their confirmation email, you need to ring Boots customer services 0845 609 0055.
    I just rang and the chap said once he looked at my order..'oh yes I had an email sent to me about this happening this morning!!!!' and he said he would push it through to the right people and I should get a confirmation by 3pm this afternoon and if I don't get one to ring back.
    Still have no confirmation email. Just rang back and was put on hold whilst advisor spoke to senior assistant, they are now saying they had 40,000 orders yesterday and they are still working through them but ALL orders will be fulfilled!! Hope so!

    Just been on the phone to customer services as my order placed at 9am yesterday still said "Your order has been received" - this apparently means that there is no stock to fulfil the order, and they're unlikely to get any more. So if your order summary says that, you're probably out of luck... I could have gone out yesterday and picked one up, but thought I'd be "green" (and warm!) and not make a special trip... Boo hoo!!

    louie76 wrote earlier that she ordered at 9:30 yesterday morning and received delivery at 11:45 this morning. I think you should complain if they're not going to deliver to you.

    BTW - I am assuming that louie76 is a she - as I assume are most people posting in this thread :-)

    I've done nearly all my Xmas shopping on-line this year, having had major surgery recently. I just wanted to reassure some people with regards to the "collection in store". I too have ordered a S&G with store delivery and have received the acknowledgment and the processing email. My account status says processing.............

    I just wanted to say that this is my THIRD order with store delivery since November and every time I have only ever received three emails - the first being the acknowledgment, the second being the processing and the third telling me that the stock had arrived in store and was ready for collection. I'm a little anal and keep ALL my emails so have just checked - the other two orders were for Xmas presents on the 3 for 2 and at no time for either of those did I receive a "despatched" email.

    PS.....I must also be in the majority with buying all the Christmas presents - I ordered myself a S&G set for my OH to give me - I went in and told him he owed me £25 and he just handed it over without even asking what he's bought me!!!! And he will act as surprised as his family when they open their Christmas presents from us on Christmas Day :)

    mine too - I ordered mine about 9.30am yesterday.

    I selected standard delivery - wish I'd have paid the extra and chose next day!! :mad:

    lets see how many get emails saying ready for collection at store only for people to get there and be no sign. Happened to me with the hat boxes last year, went on the 23rd to collect my 2 after receiving email and they weren't there. Spoke to customer service who gave me 4000 points and refunded me but hardly the point. Did manage to get one in January when they came back in stock though. This year i ordered 2 one at 0310 and one at 0320 to be delivered to different stores in the hope i at least get one. So far my order says being processed so we'll have to see.


    I hope that doesnt happen to me, I actually wanted it to be home delivered but in my worry of it going OOS, plus it was 3.05am (yes I stayed up, lol), I couldnt remember how to change it back to my address on the quick pay thing, so it went thru as getting delivered to store for 23rd,I will be gutted if I dont get it and mine as it the order processed stage.

    boo, i missed out on ordering it online, but would really love one of these. Looked at my local Brechin and Forfar stores today, but they're only small, so wasn't really much chance they would have them.
    Unfortunatly dont need any other christmas shopping so dont want to go too far out of my way for this, but if anyone knows if theres any of these in stock in Dundee, Perth or Aberdeen, could they let me know, Many thanks x
