Also, I'm in Scotland and have received my Confirmation email. I ordered at 11.06am and received confirmation at 12.06pm.

I'm in scotland too, I ordered for store delivery, I've had a confirmation email, for pick up from wednesday. Have ust checled my status and it says being processed.

Thanks to everyone who replied. I am glad I am not alone. I too am having Uggs for Christmas. At least i get exactly what I want, although the odd surprise would be nice. I also have to do all the present shopping. O/H, young daughter, friends, inlaws etc.

Hopefully we will get our orders but its only me that will miss out if i dont, just ordered as a gift from OH to me.
I got the Gok set last week and was pleasantly surprised, looks nice and smells fab so at least ill have a good consolation present

To those who havent received their confirmation email, you need to ring Boots customer services 0845 609 0055.
I just rang and the chap said once he looked at my order..'oh yes I had an email sent to me about this happening this morning!!!!' and he said he would push it through to the right people and I should get a confirmation by 3pm this afternoon and if I don't get one to ring back.

I ordered at about 7:30am or so yesterday, still only got acknowledgement and confirmation emails - fingers crossed...

Picked up my Soap n Glory bag yesterday - this is simply fab!! Lots of great products. The Lip Gloss smells divine - Choc Orange. Bag will come in useful for shopping. Box is covered in material which is light pink with white poka dots on it - great for any girls bedroom. BUY BUY BUY!!!! :j

Totally agree...have even gone as far as picking things up for my stocking from him this year! Not sure I'm happy that I did that though as it usually is THE only thing he surprises me with. Just couldnt resist things I saw:j
