Shouldnt make any difference. I would ring them up and complain as it was on website till 6.15 ish last night. How many orders did they take between 9.11 and 6.15. Good Luck and let us know how you get on xxMortgage Free as of 31/5/11 :j:j:j:j:j:j:j0 -
I would imagine they will do what they did last year, with the same problem with too many orders taken online. Orders at processsing will likely be filled with stock allocated to stores, hence there being a massive shortage at stores during the week as their expected deliveries had fulfilled online orders.
Someone commented much earlier in the thread that they couldn't understand why the fuss and why people waited up until it went live, and that there would be plenty of stock throughout the week and extra deliveries, those who were here last year will have had a feeling it would happen again.Comping wishlist for 2017

Mine was ordered at 6am and was delivered at lunch time. I'm really sorry for those who ordered and aren't getting one. That's just not on.
Christmas with us is the boys opening their gifts and loving every minute (most important thing). OH gets a stocking of silly stuff and his main gifts. Step kids phone and moan about who got more than the other and how come their friends get more etc after I've spent about £300 but shopped for bargains which make it look like twice as much. Boxing day my mum has a face on because she doesn't like what she got from anyone but I have to pretend to like whatever minging thing she got me. Her and dad will have fallen out so he won't open his presents because he's in a huff. My Granny will have overdone the Baileys and nodded off complete with ear shattering snores. Then we'll come home and I'll get online to start next years gifts in the sale and wonder why I look forward to Christmas when I have no presents and a headache. As long as my boys enjoy themselves and I don't have to spend a fortnight trying to find somewhere in their rooms for the new toys it will be fine.0 -
lets see how many get emails saying ready for collection at store only for people to get there and be no sign. Happened to me with the hat boxes last year, went on the 23rd to collect my 2 after receiving email and they weren't there. Spoke to customer service who gave me 4000 points and refunded me but hardly the point. Did manage to get one in January when they came back in stock though. This year i ordered 2 one at 0310 and one at 0320 to be delivered to different stores in the hope i at least get one. So far my order says being processed so we'll have to see.0

It looks like the delays in changing from 'processing' to 'dispatched' are for people ordering them to a store? Maybe they get dispatched a bit later than home deliveries?0

It's not the case - mine is for home delivery and it's still saying being processed. :mad:I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!
