The reason I succeed in my job so well is because unlike everyone who wastes clients time saying "we can't do that, thats just the way it is, theres no solution, thats the way it always been" I smash that philosophy to pieces and always challenge myself and my resources to make things happen that everyone else spends twice as long arguing that it can't. This is why I refuse to listen to "computer says no"...there are ways and means around everything....

So why are you here asking 'morons' to answer your question ''where can I get a loan'' ?

Find the ''ways and means around ........ the computer says no'' yourself. You claim that's your forte after all.

Me - I'm just a moron that works within the parameter's of the financial system. I find I sleep easier not being a mavarick :)

I don't think thats very funny.

I honestly hope you do think about this, and seek professional advice from the Samaritans, or some other agency.

Ok, lock up the thread, censor the debate, the second anything seems out of the norm or goes against the grain, don't try to understand, burn the witch at the stake. This is the exact sort of nonsense that has been the reason I have gone between jobs often, if people don't understand things, they react with hate and seek to destroy what they don't understand. I said "I need money"....one person suggested selling my house in a hope to make 15k of equity out of it...thats the only decent idea ive seen, but it is one i have looked into and apart from the fact i know nothing about seling houses or what we would do to transition to a new house after, I just don't have any equity in my house. BUT....it was a very good idea, it makes a lot of sense to me...and if I hadnt already looked into this area, I would be pursuing this right now... if you are getting wound up by me ignoring the other advice, don't provide it. I was asking for how I can get money in time for xmas. Not how I can save money i don't currently have!

@cisco sell a kidney. prostitution. sell everything non essential through a house clearance company. get a second job.

you don't strike me as stupid. What on earth makes you think people can magic up options you haven't thought of and - seemingly - rejected?

You cannot legally get a pile of money by Christmas (or most likely the next one either) once you accept that, you may have a chance of sorting yourself out.

Seriously, are you taking the p? You don't know how to sell a house?! How did you buy it? Did you, by chance, go to an estate agent?

And how would you transfer to another house? Well, you could try asking the estate agent again to find you somewhere to rent, hire a van and er... move in.

Do you need help tying your shoe laces in the morning?

I think you have to be a troll. No one, but no one, who has done what you've done e.g. bought a house is that ignorant.

My thoughts exactly, excuses, excuses, the whole british nation are experts in selling houses , thanks to all the property shows.

You maybe missed the part about my house being negative equity. It was bought for 140,000. It is worth 110,000, although if i was to have it surveyed (a cost at which i cant currently afford) i am sure they would say that unless we fix the toilet, fix the burst pipes in the kitchen, fix the broken roof in the kitchen etc. etc. then it will be worth a lot less than that. i think that would mean "MORE DEBT"

My pity has completely ran out...

If it's any consolation cisco.. This time next year there won't be a wife and kids to buy Christmas presents for... they would have long gone.

The heating won't be a problem either as the house would have been repossessed.

Still.... it will be someone elses fault so you can continue being the master of your profession.. but with another company as you would have been sacked from this one long ago.
