Slow Cooker Cook Book

Hi ladies/gents,

I reckoned that you over here may be best placed to help me out with this question.

My sister has just bought a slow cooker, which came with the Hamlyn slow cooker recipe book. She thinks this book is rubbish!

I would like to get her a better one for Christmas, but I don't really know where to start. I use my slow cooker all the time but I don't use recipes, just bung things in.

Can anyone recommend a book they have found really good and made lots of recipes from? She is 30, to give you some idea of the sort of food culture she is used to.

I’ve bought my uncle a 1.5 litre slow cooker for Christmas and I was to get a book to go with it but all the books seem to be for the big slow cookers and families so the quantities aren’t right.
Has anyone found a book for one/two? Or designed for small batches?
