number 107 here. just made an additional payment of £400, my min payment is £540ish some of that is capital not sure how much but I have a payment set up of £1000 so that another £450 ish total roughly £950

Paid £938 for September, an overpayment of £500. Still managing to keep up these overpayments. New target for 2011 is get the balance down to £6,000, was £10,000.

Spending on the bedroom this month and next but will use some savings for the cost, (carpets, furniture etc). I am determined to keep up the overpayments and close one of my mortgage accounts by year-end (small further advance took out last year).


I would like to encourage everyone to keep at it, you know it makes sense. :T
