    Hello All,

Half way through 2011 MFW challenge now already- honestly I don't know where the past few weeks have gone. May and June have flown by.

    Update for June:
Our baby arrived 4 weeks ago, a gorgeous little boy :j
Decided to use some of the money in our current account to OP. Been saving up for the months where I'm on statutory maternity pay, but I thought I might as well make a lump sum payment instead of little ones each month as I'll save a bit of interest and I can always draw money back if necessary- or reduce payments for a few months. Hoping we won't need to though. So payment made of £674.41 to reach our target for the year. OPs now will be from additional income only until I return to work.

Been really rubbish at grocery shopping lately- spending way too much and seem to have nothing to cook but cupboards are full so will have to focus on this in the coming months. I usually avoid Tesco going for Aldi etc instead but have been going to buy formula milk and so doing a full shop while I'm there. I'll have to think of a better solution- maybe finding a smaller shop that also stocks the milk powder and nappies.

    2011 MFW #52 OP Target £1200/£1200/£674.41 June

2016 MFW OPd £2000, 2015 MFW OPd 3000 then bought new bigger house with bigger mortgage.
    MFW OPd 2014 £2000 2013 £9700 2012 £2848.39 2011 £2509.58 2010 £11000 2009 £112002008 £4939 :D
Beautiful boys born May 2011 and October 2013 :)

    Hi everyone,

Well that's June done for me as I go by statement dates rather than full months. Anyways, I overpaid by only £52.16 :( At least it's better than last month!
Really struggling for motivation at the moment and spending money like crazy!! I am re-focusing for July and am determined to get back on track.
This months pay which will fall into my July total will include a bonus and a payrise, so that will help but I've already spent the majority of that on necessary home improvements such as a new front door (so expensive!)

Anyways, good luck to everyone. Hope you're all doing better than me!
