Well that really is the point, they cannot cancel the order and as such cannot refund as they cannot cancel, sending an email outside of Amazon stating it was an error and orders are cancelled simply isn't correct and doesn't make it so.
I don't feel the trader is being honest at all, if it was a pricing error they would have to honour it as it was their mistake for listing it at that price, hence the lies.
As they are not replying I am going to take this up directly with Amazon today as I do not believe they have been informed, people like this should not be trading on Amazon full stop.Comping wishlist for 2017

Thank you for taking the time to email me.
May I firstly apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.
My email last night implied that we have never stocked this item which was an error. It should have been worded the Mega Bloks Classic Wagon should never have been listed anywhere as we did not have stock. An inventory issue appears to have caused it to list.
I have been on the phone with Amazon this morning and can now confirm the cause of this error.
There was a product update sent from our inventory system to Amazon on Friday at approx 12noon. This resulted in us changing the Asin of the Gazzillion Bubbles to the Asin of Mega Blocks. This then resulted in the price dropping to £3.99 for the Mega Bloks product which is very cheap. Every time Amazon sold a Megabloks product our system took the item away from the Gazzillion Bubbles inventory SKU so we thought we were selling Gazzillion Bubbles.
We accept full responsibility for this error and are refunding all customers in full.
This the response I received this morning to my return email asking him to explain the fact the item was for sale on 3 sites! Still confused as is saying it is out of stock when it is still selling on eBay!0 -

Quite interesting, they have ended the listing on eBay aswell, they had 10 left as of 11pm last night!0

I have contacted them and basically said the we don't sell it is untrue, and as per Amazon t&C they must fulfill the contract. I suggested they contact their supplier and place an order as I'm sure they must sell them.AKA: PC

Ah i see they have changed their tune - Its gone from "We don't sell this product" too "We don't have any in stock" - Seeing as that is the case im happy to wait until they do have stock to receive my £3.99 order then:beer::dance:Quidco Payments In 2011 - £724.21
