what do you do at the law firm make tea??MSE- The Glitchhikers guide to the galaxy0

i too feel sorry for the company and feel they have done all they can without being majorly out of pocket. They apologised, acted promptly and have done all they can to get refunds issued. The people spouting about law have no chance- no contract is made until dispatch- orders were not completed, get over it! It was worth a punt but we probably knew the outcome from the start.0

Hi Everyone,
I usally just watch and learn but I really would like to say that on this occasion we should give these guys a break.
I was really upset at the initial email as I'd seen the item back at full price on their website however they replied to my email really quickly and their response seemed very, very genuine... even admitting that the first email had been premature.
Earlier today I emailed that a lot of us were put out at how it had been handled and again I got another VERY genuine reply. They had contacted mse and were looking for a way to get to the forum.
Mistakes happen it's how they are handled that matter and ok they got it wrong to start with but THEY ARE TRYING.
Let's stop giving them grief and set about finding the next bargain ; )0 -
This is why i never ever go for these price glitches, waste of thier time and mine! And who in the world would want to be part responsible for bringing a small business to thier knees?
Some on here talking about getting lawyers involved  get a life.0 -
Well they haven't responded to the email i sent at lunchtime yet.
Am I the only one suspicious of all the newbie posts singing the praises of the company?AKA: PC

I'm not new! I just see vultures trying to get a share of a carcass with not much meat on it.
Do you really expect that seller to send out thousands of toys for less than postage costs? Get real !!!!!!.0 -
I must admitt I have sent three emails to them now and have always received a reply which has been very polite. There is always that question at the back of your mind as to why it was dealt with the way it was but as people have said, it is Christmas, the weather is causing havoc (I no longer will be able to shop at major retailers online and receive my presents for xmas), I think (personal feeling) that we should give this company a break and wish them a Very Merry Christmas and ask them to sort their software out! PS this company is in Scotland and so I am sure they have more worries regarding delivery for Christmas and loss of business due to that!0

I don't hear anyone saying lawyers are getting involved unless you are reading another thread I haven't seen, if you are oblivious to why people are annoyed why are you being a 'vulture' circling and sniping those who in your words 'are trying to get a share of the carcass'?
Surely if they haven't taken your money you wouldn't understand that no one has received a refund. It seems that a lot of new users have recently signed up to have a dig at others in deals and glitches they aren't even involved in.Comping wishlist for 2017

You have been assured about getting a refund, even a refund from asda or tesco can take up to 5 working days!
Reading this thread you are the one who has whined most. God forbid you should ever make a mistake.
I feel really sorry for the seller, what more can they do and how many apoligies can they make? :mad:0
