It may have JUST been £3.99, some people rely on that £3.99 and although we may have been going out on a limb trying to get a set of 'bricks' for that price, we honestly thought there was a good deal going on. I for one am still waiting for a cancellation email, I know it's coming, but in the meantime £5 is sitting in space somewhere when it could be in my pocket and if you take into account what ELC took last week in a 'glitch' and still haven't returned, I'm waiting on quite a bit of money. For me, these glitches are a gamble and I only put down the money that i can afford to be in 'financial limbo' if the glitch doesn't pay off. It did wind me up when I saw their first cancellation email, it looked very sneaky to me teamed up with the fact that they ended their eBay listing and removed it from their website. In my eyes, they have since made up for it by getting amazon and mse on board to help sort it out and now it's just another unlucky glitch.
I'll still be looking around for other juicy glitches though, it hasn't put me off one bit lol!

It's great when the big boys mess up like asos and the like, but i take no pleasure in small business's suffering through a simple mistake. I will look out for good ' honest ' bargains too fazeypie

I can understand people being upset by this. If this was Tesco you would get the item plus a refund if they made a pricing mistake. That has happened to me before now.
I hope you all get a satisfactory outcome to this.
