oooo wats goin here, noticed this thread getting really busy i too received a cancellation email for the item i ordered i did know when i placed my order there was a chance i may not receive no point in wasting anytime over it mistakes are made lets move on to the nxt one and hope that one comes thru if not we will keep tryin, geeezzzz its not like we are out of pocket by a huge amount for a few days

Well thank you for your opinions, although I wont be taking them to heart in the slightest, when you have something to contribute to the boards apart from opinionated views on how people should act and how we should think perhaps I shall change my mind.

My issue with the company is dishonesty (I'm not asking you to agree btw). I'm not wanting an apology, only a refund, the same as others but again as you are not involved or received emails I don't see how this affects you apart from pushing your opinions on anyone who stumbles upon your posts.

My order is still processing so no refund! No refund promised here!! and NO reply to my emails!!!

I never understand why people who have nothing to do with a thread turn up swearing and abusing others.
I don't want to destroy a business or take anyone to court and neither does anyone else, people are angry about 1) being lied to and 2) having to wait several days for a refund, these are facts.
I personally am waiting for a reply to my email sent at lunchtime before they backtracked on the lie, and as my order is still waiting for despatch on Amazon my refund hasn't even been processed yet.
No I'm not going to get the item and I'm not going to persue it any further but I have the right to email the company and the right to be irritated, and anyone who thinks different can go :whistle:

Perhaps you should read back through the thread including your own posts, laywers and terms of sales were mentioned on numerous pages, interesting how you all backtrack! and who was swearing?

You were all acting like amazon and the seller owed you!!!!!!!!
