I'm afraid Amazon just cancelled my order saying the link was to the wrong item and it wasn't supplied by the same company> Never mind it was worth a go!

No talk of lawyers or demands here just would like the product i have been charged for several days ago and to receive the product they are claiming they are not selling yet they have it listed on other sites.

The reason I am disappointed is that I didn't bother ordering the pink one from ELC because I had ordered this one, and now the ELC one is out of stock.

I won't fight for this because some you win some you lose, but I would much rather this company had been honest and stated is was a genuine misprice rather than state they never stocked it in the first place and it was a linking error on the part of Amazon.

received email to say this link was to some bubbles and not the mega blox as stated. same code used apparently by amazon ,wondered why they had sold a huge amount of bubbles! needless to say orders have been cancelled. did offer 10% discount on future order by replying to email. good link tho if only it worked.

I have not yet had the cancellation email. My account says under order status "not shipped" it doesn't say cancelled? What does everyone elses say?

I had the email but my order is still showing as active with an estimated delivery date of December 16th-20th!

Just received this, shame as it was just what our DD wanted

You made a purchase from us on Amazon on Friday evening which unfortunately has a problem with it.
We monitor all our sales and trends which allows us to be competitive and helps us to source the correct products. This morning we noticed that we had sold a large quantity of Gazillion bubbles priced at £3.99. When we investigated this we found the item is linked to completely different Mega Bloks item on Amazon.
We are currently investigating the cause of this with Amazon.
As a result of this error a forum member from money saving expert put the link on the forum which resulted in a sellout of the product. We would normally be delighted that moneysavingexpert has mentioned any of our products but feel we need to let you know that this is an error and we do not stock the Mega Bloks product that it is linking too. We will of course refund you in full.
We apologise sincerely and would like to offer a 10% discount code to compensate for any disappointment that this has caused . Please accept our apologies once again.

Can't say I am surprised they are sending emails but I'm fairly sure that as they are a supplier the confirmation means the order cannot be cancelled. They do stock the item in question and I think what they meant to say was it was referring to the 40 block which they don't stock but it was meant to be the 25 block. It's a shame they feel the need to lie as they have lost alot of potential repeat customers, especially being MSE customers word of good customer service and bad customer service does often spread fast.

Not sure exactly how amazon works but haven't they set themselves up for hundreds upon hundreds of negative feedback?
