the OPs original link still takes you to the same item, its just at full price now. Bet they didnt expect to sell so many.
Ours says despatching soon.
Has everyone received the same email:j2 years smoke free :j:eek: now to lose the extra 4 stone :eek:0 -
Im sorry it's turned out like this guys , I have sent them an e-mail as though it was a mis price if they had been honest in their e-mail I would'nt be too annoyed about it and would have let it go but because they have blatantly lied it it has got my back up and I have threatened to contact Amazon for breaking their t&c's and trading standards and watchdog. I will update if I hear anything.

They have removed the item from amazon now, and they have also removed it from their website, although the pink is still showing on the website with the same 'incorrect' details. Looking through amazon's a-z policy they cannot cancel the order, if it was their mistake then they have learnt for the future. They have deleted the listing, most likely as the code they are quoting was not the one they have stated on their email, remember we googled it to confirm it was for the 25 block set. The best you can do is contact amazon and a file a claim providing screen shots of the item in question as the seller seems to be trying to cover their tracks. Then negative feedback may be left.Comping wishlist for 2017

I've had the email too, I thought it seemed a bit of a rubbish excuse and wondered why they didn't just say it was a misprice. No surprise to see that some of you have screenshots of them selling this in other places. I'm tempted to fight this one in light of their dishonesty.
Are those of you with screenshots willing to share please? There's no point in me bothering with no evidence to back it up.July- coconut body shop body butter, pom bear football, mini johnsons lotion, Sally Hansen nail treatments0 -
I'm not upset either at not receiving the item it is the blatant lying, and that the seller thinks we are stupid. Why should anyone bother with buying from Amazon if their seller's can decide to not sell items regardless of the rules in place to protect buyers.
I don't have a screenshot but if anyone is willing to share I would too like to take this up with Amazon.Comping wishlist for 2017

This totally and I have said as much in my e-mail to them0 -
Also those with screenshots (although amazon do not need them as they will have a record) With the buyer stating the do not sell the item in question, have they not commited a criminal offence by selling items they do not have?Comping wishlist for 2017

Same here - very grateful for PM with links to any screenshots if people don't mind sharing.

Looking into this I think the seller may have a problem as under the distance selling regulations it states:2.22: A contract is concluded when the consumer becomes bound to buy something and the business becomes bound to supply it. The conclusion of the contract is determined by the facts of each case. It is in your interest to make it clear to your consumers exactly when a binding agreement will be reached. For example, you need to explain if the contract becomes binding when the customer places the order or only when you confirm you have accepted their offer to buy...
Email from AmazonPlease note that for items ordered from Amazon.co.uk this e-mail is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your order and your contract to purchase these items is not complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that the items have been dispatched to you. For items purchased from third parties in Marketplace, this e-mail confirms the completion of your contract to purchase those items.
I would feel for any supplier who 'got it wrong and admitted it' and I would walk away thinking it a shame, but life goes on. However, in this case I am highly irritated that the seller appears to be attempting to 'pull a fast one' as they saying goes. Even if I don't receive the item (and it's not the end of the world if I don't) I will be complaining to Amazon as I believe without such complaints the Amazon marketplace would not be the safe place it is to buy from.

could someone kindly send me screen shots too, bit disgruntled at the blatant dishonesty.0
